According to the project, psychiatric and substance abuse treatment Hospital will be a four-storey building, and it will have a basement, and its total area is 5658 m2.

The facility for mental illness treatment will be provided with 80 beds-places, and for substance abuse - with 40 beds places.

In the basement of the hospital will be located clinic, clinical laboratory, drug testing sector and the Centre of Forensic Medicine of Kulyab region.

According to preliminary estimates of "Korezloiha" specialists, the facility’s cost of construction is 12 million 680 thousand somoni, of which 1 million 440 thousand somoni will be allocated for the purchase of necessary medical equipment.

During the facility construction will be involved in the work more than 700 local residents and after two sites completion will be provided with permanent jobs more than 500 young specialists.

Perinatal Center Regional Clinical Hospital of Kulyab city will be built in order to improve the health care of mother and child.

 The center will accommodate maternity ward and branch diseases of newborns, children, intensive care, women's diseases, specially equipped premises surgery, surgical departments.

Unfinished building will be three storeys, with a total area amounting to 7 thousand m2.
