Various aspects of multidimensional cooperation of Tajikistan and the United Nations Organization have been considered at the meeting of President Emomali Rahmon with the Acting Executive Secretary of UN Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) Andrey Vasilyev.

The activities of UNECE on realization of UN Special Programme for Economies of Central Asia have been highly evaluated.

It was expressed confidence that the numerous economic projects, presented in the Fifth RECCA Conference, will be fruitfully realized and actively promote the progress of Afghanistan and other countries of the region and strengthening regional peace and stability.
