As it was noted, since 1998 the Asian Development Bank has allocated to Tajikistan 860 million USD of preferential credits, grants and technical aids, and 350 million USD of this overall assistance has been realized in three recent years.
The firm determination of Tajikistan and ADB has been highlighted regarding linking transport and energy networks of Tajikistan and Afghanistan with Turkmenistan and Pakistan, including the construction of power and gas transmission lines, as well as railways and automobile roads.
