Meeting with President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedow

In the margins of the 7th World Water Forum in Daegu of the Republic of Korea, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon met with the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedow.
The meeting addressed a wide scope of issues related to beneficial cooperation between the two countries.
Much attention was paid to the necessity of expansion of economic-trade, transport, energy and cultural ties.
The questions of strengthening of cooperation in ensuring regional security and stability, as well as elimination of contemporary threats were also among the main subjects of conversation.
