Today in Daegu of South Korea President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon met with the governor of the province of Kyongsang-bukto Kim Kwan Jong.

The meeting discussed issues of cooperation between Tajikistan and Korea, relations with its provinces, including between the province of Kyongsang-bukto and the regions of Tajikistan.

The parties paid special attention to the development of inter-regional cooperation through the involvement of business circles.

As promising areas of cooperation were named the sectors of agriculture and industrial processing of its products, as well as cooperation in the textile, energy, industrial, mining industries, as well as in the fields of tourism and culture.
