Today, a regular meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan was held under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Head of the Government of the country Emomali Rahmon.

At the beginning of the meeting, Plan of Activities of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for the first half of 2015 and measures for the implementation of the Law "On State Budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2015" have been approved. It was emphasized that effective measures should be taken for the implementation of the State budget indicators, effective and targeted use of budgetary funds and reduction of the negative impact of external factors.

Moreover, Order of the Government of Tajikistan on the development of indicators of the State budget for 2016-2018 and the draft of the Law "On State Budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2016" have been accepted.

A report of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan was heard on the implementation of Presidential Decree of 27 August 2007 "On additional measures for the development of horticulture and viticulture industries in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2010-2014".

Changes and additions were proposed to a number of existing laws, including the laws "On Protection of Consumer Rights", "On a moratorium on inspections of businesses in the areas of production", "On Pensions", "On licensing of certain activities" and the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The State program of investments, grants and capital construction for 2015-2017, the strategy on diet and physical activity in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2015-2024, the program of socio-economic development of the city of Kulob for 2015-2019 and Programme of socio-economic development of the district of Abdurahmoni Jami for 2015-2019 have been approved.

Specific instructions were given at the end of the meeting on summarizing the socio-economic development of Tajikistan in 2014 and the definition of priorities for 2015 and subsequent years. In particular, it was instructed that the plan of anti-crisis measures be developed and submitted in order to reduce the negative impact of external factors on the economy of Tajikistan.
