Then the report of the Director of the Agency for land reclamation and irrigation of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan was heard on the volume, reasons and state of use of the irrigated lands not supplied with water, as well as ways to address the problem.

Also the participants heard a report of the chairman of Nosiri Khusrav district of Khatlon region on the implementation of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the local authorities" and the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the self-governing bodies of towns and villages".
