Today, President Emomali Rahmon immediately familiarized himself with the creative and beautification works in the city of Dushanbe, and has commissioned a number of new houses and other facilities.

President Emomali Rahmon first got familiarized with the construction of multi-storey residential buildings in the avenue Rudaki. Particular attention was paid to two 12-storey residential buildings in front of the Tajik State Pedagogical University named after Aini. President Emomali Rahmon, in general, praising the layout and design of these buildings, however, gave to decision-makers useful tips to further improve their appearance. In addition, it was stressed that trade and service center, located on the first floor of the building should be spacious and attractive.

Then, President Emomali Rahmon visited the complex of apartment houses, situated opposite the Tajik State Medical University named after Abu Ali ibn Sino, where he got acquainted with the construction and design of these buildings, as well as numerous projects of buildings to be erected at Rudaki avenue and other central city streets and avenues.

Today in Dushanbe were commissioned over 400 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with a total area of over 25 thousand m2.

In the process of familiarization with the construction and equipping of a medical complex Poytakht-90, it was stressed that most of the construction work has been completed, and according to plan, the facility should be put into operation until July 2015.

This large medical complex includes 38 buildings from 1 to 8 floors, which will create all necessary conditions for the admission, examination, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and leisure visitors.

President Emomali Rahmon visited Dushanbe Dairy Plant, where he got acquainted with the upgrading and restarting production in previously unused buildings of the company.
