Early morning President of the country Emomali Rahmon first visited the village community Bahor of Nosiri Khusrav district where he laid a foundation stone and letter to future generations for construction of three-floor building of a comprehensive school for 1280 pupils in two shifts.

According to the project, this school will consist of 2 educational buildings, a separate building for sports hall and other facilities. This new educational facility will be constructed at the expense of 12 mln. TJS in the area of more than 3 ha during the next two years.

Here Head of state Emomali Rahmon also visited the exhibition of folk crafts of the residents and craftsmen of the district where he got familiarized with beautiful examples of gold embroidery, carpet-weaving, and other particular traditions of this area.

In Nosiri Khusrav district President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon also visited the village community Istiqlol and first at the exhibition of agricultural goods got acquainted with achievements of the sphere.

Here more than 35 types of agricultural products have been represented to the Head of state Emomali Rahmon.

In this area President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon got familiarized with the process of harvesting in exemplary farming economy Shafoat.

As it was discovered, this economy has 10 ha of lands and 9 shareholders. In the area of 5 ha cotton and in the remaining plots of land cereals are sown.

President Emomali Rahmon had a frank conversation with farmers and instructed them to rationally use the lands and to repeatedly harvest the irrigated lands.

From Nosiri Khusrav district President Emomali Rahmon came to Shahritus district.

In Shahritus district first a silk manufacturing plant Duk was commissioned with the participation of Head of state Emomali Rahmon. It is the very first such enterprise in Khatlon region.

As it was mentioned, this plant has been built with a budget of 5 mln. TJS by a local entrepreneur Dodarbek Munavvarov. Here 50 people, mainly local women and girls have been employed.

This plant is equipped with modern Chinese technology and is able to process annually more than 70 tons of raw cocoon and to produce high-quality silk threads.

Near this enterprise President Emomali Rahmon laid a foundation stone and letter for future generations to construct the second plant of this entrepreneur envisaged for atlas weaving.

As it was noted, it should employ another 40 people with good salaries.

The project capacity of the enterprise will allow in one shift or 8 hours to produce more than 500 sq. m. of high-quality atlas.

In village community Obshoron of Shahritus district President of the country Emomali Rahmon held a beneficial meeting with leaders, activists and numerous representatives of Nosiri Khusrav and Shahritus districts of Khatlon region.

During his speech and answers to questions and requests of the people Head of state Emomali Rahmon instructed the republican and local officials to eliminate existing problems and barriers, fruitfully implement state programs and other state acts related to the development of the southern district of the country.

President of the country Emomali Rahmon visited the lands of farming economies Homid and Qandov of Shahritus district and immediately got familiarized with their exemplary activities.

As it was mentioned, the farming staff of Qandov economy has 20 ha of lands, including 18 ha of irrigable lands, mainly for cotton growing.

Head of state Emomali Rahmon instructed the officials to facilitate the agrarians in obtaining advanced technologies for use of irrigable lands and quality seeds.
