Today, October 8, working visit of President Emomali Rahmon continued in Khuroson district of Khatlon region.

Early in the morning a new building of the Central Hospital of Khuroson district was opened with the participation of Head of state Emomali Rahmon.

This building was built in the amount of about 13 million TJS grant funds of the Federal Republic of Germany and is equipped with modern medical equipment of German company "Siemens".

The hospital building accommodates maternity ward, operating room and intensive care. The main purpose of implementing the Agreement on cooperation between Tajikistan and Germany is to improve the protection of maternal and child health.

In the rural jamoat Hiloli of Khuroson district President Emomali Rahmon visited the breeding farm "Saodat", which officially opened its dairy plant.

During familiarization it was revealed that breeding farm created innovative conditions using German technology on the farm for breeding over thousands of heads of breeding meat and milk cattle.

Now on the farm are bred 332 heads of breeding cattle Semental, which is considered the meat and dairy breed. Of this number, 120 heads of dairy are cows , and the remaining 132 calves and bulls - males.

In village jamoat Hiloli of Khuroson district a new plant for processing cotton constructed by national entrepreneur, head of company Vodii Zarrin Firdavs Valiev was commissioned with the participation of President of the country Emomali Rahmon.

As it was informed, this enterprise is the biggest such plant in Tajikistan and can process 800 tons per day and more than 60 thousand tons of cotton per year. This big plant has been built at the expense of 31 mln.TJS of direct investment of national and foreign entrepreneurs in the area of 9 ha.
