In the afternoon, President Emomali Rahmon visited Ismoili Somoni avenue of the capital and opened Tennis court with modern facilities.

Head of state Emomali Rahmon named this tennis court’s opening as a valuable gift on the eve of celebration of state independence of Tajikistan.

As it was mentioned, this beautiful tennis court has been constructed by SUE “Railways of Tajikistan” at the expense of over 13 mln. TJS according to world standards. The main field of this sports complex consists of three tennis courts and 2600 seats. The tennis field and other necessary facilities of this complex are located in the total area of 2500 m2.
