Telegram of condolences to the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin

The President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a telegram of condolences to the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, which reads, in particular:

"Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,

I was deeply saddened to hear about the tragedy in the Moscow subway, which entailed numerous human casualties and injured people.

On behalf of the Government and people of the Republic of Tajikistan I ask you, dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, to convey our sincere condolences to the relatives of the victims and wishes of speedy recovery to the injured".
