Today working trip of President Emomali Rahmon continued in Bobojon Ghafurov district and Istiqlol city of Sughd Region.

On the way to Istiqlol head of state Emomali Rahmon first on the border of Bobojon Ghafurov district launched the construction of industrial enterprise Ghayur-Sughdcement.

During the familiarization with the construction project, it was in particular informed that this cement factory will be constructed in the area of 48 ha of dry and desert land at the expense of 100 million USD by national company “Ghayurcement” jointly with its Chinese partners from Huaxin company.

Project capacity of the enterprise is 1,2 million tons of cement of type 500 annually, and here almost 1000 jobs will be created. More than 85% of workers will be citizens of Tajikistan.

In Istiqlol city the construction of two big industrial enterprises – Metallurgic plant of Mining company of Tajikistan and China and cement factory Zhungtsai-Tabosharcement began with the participation of head of state Emomali Rahmon.

As it was mentioned, both enterprises will be constructed and equipped at the expense of 500 million USD, and here 2,5 thousand workers will be provided with jobs, from among which 90% will be citizens of Tajikistan.

The Metallurgic plant of Mining company of Tajikistan and China has an annual processing capacity of 50 thousand tons of lead and 50 thousand tons of zinc.

Zhungtsai-Tabosharcement enterprise will be constructed in the area of 20 ha with an annual rated capacity of output of 600 thousand tons of cement. It will employ almost 500 people with high salaries.
