Congratulatory telegrams from heads of states and international organizations

President of the Republic of Serbia Tomislav Nikolic has sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, in which it is said, in particular:

"Dear Mr. President,

Please accept my heartfelt congratulations and sincere wishes of success in professional and personal terms on the occasion of your re-election as President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

I am sure that the traditionally friendly relations between our countries and peoples will continue to develop in all areas of mutual interest.

In his telegram the President of the Republic of Macedonia Dr. George Ivanov says:

"Dear Mr. President,

In his telegram the President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria Abdulaziz Buteflika has said in particular:

In his telegram the Sultan of Oman Sultan Qaboos ibn Said said:
