French President Francois Hollande has sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, in which it is said, in particular:

"Your Excellency,

 I am sincerely pleased to cordially congratulate you on the occasion of winning the presidential elections in Tajikistan, and to wish you, Your Excellency, success in your future endeavors.

I would like to express confidence in the further development of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries based on mutual understanding, high trust and mutual respect. Opening of the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in the French Republic is one of the examples above.

I am convinced that our economic relations will be further developing on the basis of mutual interests.

I am sure that after the withdrawal of international forces from Afghanistan, France will take its efforts to ensure stability and economic development of this country.

In his telegram the President of Moldova Nicolae Timofti said:

In his telegram, the President of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea Kim Yong-nam said:
