Working trip to Isfara city

Today, President of Tajikistan left for Sughd region and particularly to Isfara city, where at the beginning of his trip head of state visited village communities Chorkuh and Surkh of Isfara and opened a number of new social, cultural and economic facilities.

Among such objects have been a school for 720 pupils in 2 shifts, 2 sports complexes with sports halls, an enterprise for fruit processing and 2 sewing workshops. Head of state also got acquainted with the activities of several farming economies and with works of agrarians of the district.

President Emomali Rahmon commissioned many other facilities in the center of Isfara city, such as its central sports complex for 20 thousand spectators, an enterprise for processing of dried fruits, 2 service centers, workshops for cloth weaving and shoe-making, and a branch of Tojiksodirotbank in the city, as well as held a meeting with local people of different professions.

It should also be noted that during his working trip head of state took part in the collective charity wedding of 15 young couples from needy families and 100 children’s circumcision celebration ceremony which took place in Ismoili Somoni alley.
