Our countries share traditional friendly neighborly relations, the roots of which go back to centuries. In the latest period of history solid experience has been gained between the two peoples and states in terms of their independent development and favorable conditions have been created for the further improvement of the dynamic multi-faceted relationship.
I am pleased to note that the relations between the two countries based on the principles of equality and mutual respect are steadily progressing and expanding. Tajikistan highly appreciates the current level of engagement with China and the dynamics of political, economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries. Important for us is to have cooperation with China within the SCO framework that makes a valuable contribution to sustainable economic development and the strengthening of regional and global security”.
