The President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has received congratulatory letters and telegrams from heads of foreign states and governments, leaders of international , regional and non-governmental organizations on the occasion of the twenty-second anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

In his congratulatory message, the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin said:
