The largest cement manufacturing factory of Tajikistan, which will produce annually 1 million tons of cement, has been put into operation in jamoat village of Hasan Huseinov of Yovon district with the participation of President Emomali Rahmon.

As it was noted, the construction of this plant began one year ago by national entrepreneurs and their Chinese partners from internationally-renown company Huaxin cement.

It was informed that here more than one thousand people have been provided with regular jobs and salaries ranging from 1800 to 7 thousand somoni. Over 800 of employees are citizens of Tajikistan. Head of state instructed to raise the number of national workers and specialists in this enterprise to more than 90 %. Up to date, from 630 up to 650 builders, engineers and technical workers have been involved in construction and assembling works of the enterprise, among which half of them were also citizens of Tajikistan.

The cement to be produced in this plant is of type 500 and meets the highest demands of European standards.
