Congratulatory telegram to President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari

The President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari, in which it is said in particular:

“Your Excellency,

I consider it a great honor to transmit to you and the people of your country sincere congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of the anniversary of the independence of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

I am confident that the present friendly relations between our two countries, drawing on the tradition of good neighborliness in the future will also gain a further strengthening and enhancement.

Availing this joyous occasion and expressing an interest of the Tajik side in expanding of multilateral and mutually beneficial relationship with friendly Pakistan, I want to express my willingness to join efforts to further strengthen and develop relations between the two countries.

I wish you good health and new successes, and the friendly people of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan - sustainable stability, happiness and prosperity”.
