Today, in the afternoon a telephone conversation has been held between the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev.

In a friendly and constructive atmosphere specific for Tajik-Kazakhstani relations, heads of states exchanged views on the state and perspectives of bilateral relations and concrete ways to develop them, attaching special attention to directions which can give a powerful impetus to all range of reciprocal relations between the two countries.

Presidents of Tajikistan and Kazakhstan in their phone discussion also touched upon international and regional questions of mutual interest.
