A recreation center for youth and children “Shohin” has been opened in recreation area of Kayrakkum city with the participation of President Emomali Rahmon, which has been constructed on the basis of previous recreation center “Uqobcha” of SUE Vostokredmet.

The center has a total area of 19 ha and consists of two-storied buildings of administration, dormitory, training building, canteen, playground, three swimming pools, football field, amphitheatre and eight summer one-storied dormitories. This recreation facility that has been provided with modern conditions and good, attractive design, can receive simultaneously around 600 children and teenagers.
