During the substantial meeting with Minister of Finance of Saudi Arabia Ibrahim bin Abdelaziz al-Assaf the ways to expand economic and trade cooperation have been reviewed.

 Ibrahim bin Abdelaziz al-Assaf conveyed to the head of Tajik state Emomali Rahmon the message of the King of Saudi Arabia Abdullah bin Abdelaziz and stated that the supreme leadership of his country pays particular attention to the expansion of relations with Tajikistan.

It was stressed with satisfaction that an intergovernmental agreement on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to income and capital will be signed in the nearest future, thus laying reliable legal basis to the development of economic, trade and investment relations.
