The head of Tajik state Emomali Rahmon has held in Beijing a number of beneficial meetings with heads of several authoritative structures of China.

During a meeting with president of Export-Import Bank of China Li Ruogu at first it was expressed gratitude to its leadership for financing of numerous infrastructure projects in Tajikistan.

It was expressed confidence that further the volume and areas of cooperation of Tajikistan with this well-known bank of China will increase.

A constructive talk has also been conducted on acceleration of financing for construction of railway Dushanbe-Kurgantube, implementation of project “Safe city” – network of automatic management of transport in the city of Dushanbe, 500-kV power transmission line in districts of republican subordination, reconstruction of 500-kV power Regar substation and other vital projects.

The issues of developing cooperation, mainly in agricultural area have been reviewed at the meeting with governor of Henan province Xie Fuzhan.

The first results of this cooperation, which are observed in districts of Yovon and Jaloliddini Rumi of Tajikistan, have been highly commended.

Arrangements have been reached on the expansion of cooperation in this sphere on the construction of an enterprise for production of agricultural seeds and enterprises for processing of agricultural products.

The issues of cooperation in other domains of mutual interest have also been touched upon.
