This evening a grand Cultural and Recreation Centre, which has been decorated with beautiful and attractive architectural styles on wood, stone, plaster and glass, has been put in commission on the left side of Cultural Palace Arbob with the participation of the President of the country Emomali Rahmon.

Official reception and another cultural programme have been held in this edifice on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of XVI Session of the Supreme Council of Tajikistan, which demonstrates the supreme model of ancient arts and modern architecture of civilized Tajik people.

The Head of State Emomali Rahmon has highly commended the result of high arts work of architects and builders of this teahouse, thanked them for their labor and instructed the leadership of Sughd Region to erect a cultural and recreation park on the right side of Arbob Palace and present it to the people as a gift.
