Telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev

Today, a telephone conversation took place between the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, and the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The President of Uzbekistan sincerely and warmly congratulated the Head of our state on the occasion of his jubilee birthday, wishing him good health and success in his responsible state activities for the benefit of the people of Tajikistan.

In this context, Shavkat Mirziyoyev praised the merits of the President of Tajikistan in the achievements of our country along the path of comprehensive development and strengthening its worthy place in the international arena.

During the conversation, an exchange of views took place on a wide range of issues of Tajik-Uzbek cooperation.

At the same time, satisfaction was expressed with the recent positive results achieved in the development of Tajik-Uzbek relations in the format of strategic partnership and alliance.

During the conversation, the heads of state also considered certain topical issues on the international and regional agenda.
