The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a message of congratulations to the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.

The message reads, in particular:

Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of your victory in the elections of the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

I wish you strong health, happiness and great success in the responsible position of the head of state to ensure the well-being and prosperity of the people of Egypt.

I am confident that during the new period of your presidency the constructive dialogue between our friendly countries, both bilaterally and internationally, will have its fruitful continuation for the benefit of an even greater development of cooperation in all areas of mutual interests, including in the spheres of economy and trade, science, education and culture, as well as struggle against global challenges and threats.
