With the mention of the effective operation of the first joint Tajik-Japanese enterprise "Avvalin" (First), created by Tajik entrepreneurs and the Japanese company Koka in the Khatlon region, it was stressed that in Tajikistan there are great opportunities to create many joint ventures.

In order to develop such cooperation has been emphasized the need for the signing of agreements on trade and economic cooperation, encouragement and mutual protection of investments.

The necessity of the development of scientific and technical cooperation, including in the fields of geology, hydrology, energy and seismology, was also stressed.
